SARS Bloemfontein – Design of structural details for new regional head office for South African Receiver of Revenue Service. The Rc frame included two levels of offices using post tensioned floor slabs and structural steel roof. The adjacent parking block consisted of two spiral post-tensioned concrete floor plates. The parking block was designed for an additional 8 floors to be constructed at a later stage.


Aspen Holdings New Head Office, La Lucia Ridge Office Park – Design, preparation of structural details and site supervision for refurbishment of existing office block with amendments to main entrance roof steel structure, RC edge beam removal, assessment of existing RC floors capacity for changes to imposed loadings.

The structural frame is precast columns, beams and slabs to reduce construction time over tracks. Parking level connected with two Rc ramps. Contract value R400million
